Since 1998, Forward Inc., a 100% woman-owned small business, has focused on its mission to move organizations forward  by establishing a solid quality foundation for large strategic marketing programs and projects.  Forward has worked with clients to build the infrastructure that is needed to effectively manage and control daily operations, marketing initiatives, and special projects, while promoting early identification and mitigation of risks.

Forward brings an in-depth understanding of the professional services industry to our assignments.  We have served in various roles on large scale federal operations projects as well as on IT deployment programs across the full software development life cycle, from requirements and business analysis, through programming, testing, and training.   In addition, we have worked extensively with industry quality standards, including the Software Engineering Institute’s CMMI (for software development and for services) and ISO 9000. 

By combining our expansive IT knowledge with our practical business experience, Forward provides a wide range of consulting services to commercial and government organizations.  From strategic planning through RFP preparation and proposal development, Forward brings understanding of the marketing and business development processes that are required to achieve success in today’s market.  We have served a variety of clients in developing marketing strategies, creating business development plans, preparing Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals, and crafting proposals in response to Federal, State, and local government requests.
